When Gaming Friends Become Co-Stars: Alodia x SB19 in 'Dungka'

Alodia Gosiengfiao just gave everyone a treat by sharing some behind-the-scenes snaps from her shoot with SB19 for their new music video "Dungka" — and honestly, it’s giving major core memory vibes.

On Instagram, Alodia posted a few highlights from the day, calling it a "core memory unlocked" moment. You can tell it meant a lot to her.

She couldn’t stop hyping up SB19, too, saying how proud she is of them for bringing Filipino culture to the next level through their music and creativity. She even gave a shoutout to @1zentertainment.ph, showing how much she appreciated being part of the project.

And of course, she made sure to thank Josh Cullen personally for inviting her. "From gaming buddies to real-life collab! Thank you @josh_cullen_s for making this happen! 🙌🏻" she added.

Fans were living for her appearance. One commented that they were totally shocked (in the best way!) to see her in the MV, saying it made the already awesome video even better. Another fan called Alodia the “Cosplay Queen,” saying "Dungka" felt like the ultimate crossover of Filipino pop culture icons — and honestly, they’re not wrong 🔥.

Since dropping on April 25, the "Dungka" music video has already smashed past a million views — and it’s not slowing down anytime soon.

The release of "Dungka" came alongside SB19’s brand-new EP, Simula at Wakas. The group shared that this album is super personal to them, symbolizing everything they’ve been through — the struggles, the milestones, and all the growth along the way. They said it’s their way of saying thank you to the fans who stuck with them, and also an invitation to new listeners to join their journey.

Even though they’ve evolved as artists, SB19 made it clear: they’re still the same group at heart — just stronger, wiser, and more confident about who they are.

Aside from "Dungka," the EP also features bangers like "DAM," "Time," "8TonBall," "Quit," "Shooting for the Stars," and a special extended version of "DAM." Perfect for your playlist if you’re in the mood for music that hits different.
