On Saturday, April 25, the Adam Levine-led band made the announcement through social media, posting a fun clip of Adam and LISA laughing and posing during a photoshoot. Although the exact release date has not been shared yet, the song is already available for pre-save on Spotify and Apple Music, building up even more excitement.
Fans got an extra treat when Maroon 5 shared a short teaser on their Instagram Story. The 15-second clip gave a glimpse of the track, featuring Adam’s smooth falsetto followed by LISA’s fierce rap: “Yeah, talk is cheap boy stop it, got my love that’s a real big profit.” The chemistry between the two artists is undeniable, even from these small previews.
Adam Levine also posted black-and-white behind-the-scenes photos from what appears to be the upcoming music video. One photo shows a clapperboard naming Aerin Moreno as the director and Russ Fraser as the cinematographer, while another picture captures Adam and LISA relaxing on a balcony overlooking the city.
Hints about the collaboration had already been floating online. Earlier teasers showed Adam standing next to a mystery woman in front of a city skyline, and LISA had posted a clip from what looked like a music video shoot.
This new single comes at a busy time for both artists. Maroon 5 is preparing to release their first album since 2021’s Jordi, which Adam briefly talked about during his appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. He teased that a new single would be dropping around the end of the month — and now, fans know it’s “Priceless.”
