The pressure is on for Vic Sotto as Enteng Kabisote 3: The Legend Goes On And On And On hits theaters on December 25, as part of the 2006 Metro Manila Film Festival.
Vic, the reigning Box-Office King for three years, has consistently captivated the public with hits like Lastikman and the Enteng Kabisote series. But he’s not resting on his success. In an S-Files interview on December 17, he said, “I don’t think about being number one or the top grosser. I focus on improving my last project—better stories, effects, and making sure the moviegoers enjoy it more.”
Vic also shared that his on-screen characters are often like his real self. "I’m easy-going, not too serious, and kind, just like my characters," he explained. "I’m quiet and shy in real life, just like the characters I portray."
In Enteng Kabisote 3, his character has changed. Director Tony Y. Reyes explained, “Enteng is now rich. With all the money, he’s become a bit materialistic. Money has become his priority.”
Of course, the movie wouldn’t be complete without the villain, Satana, played by Bing Loyzaga. She discussed her role in a PEP interview, saying, “This time, I have a sword and fight scenes with Magenta [G Tongi]. It's fun to have action, and we worked hard to improve our look.”
Satana causes trouble for Enteng’s family, and with her team of Antonio Aquitania, Alyssa Alano, and Angelica Jones, they add a fresh twist to the story.
Enteng Kabisote 3 also stars Kristine Hermosa, Oyoboy Sotto, Aiza Seguerra, Allan K, and more.
