Official Poster for Barbie Forteza’s Horror Movie P77 Unveiled!

Heads up, horror fans! GMA Pictures has finally dropped the official poster for its newest horror flick, P77. And if you squint at that logo, you might think they’re releasing Persona 77 instead of P77, gamers know what I mean!

The movie, whose title actually means Penthouse 77, casts Barbie Forteza as Luna Caceres, a young woman who accepts a cleaning gig in an eerie penthouse with secrets waiting behind every door. Her mother, Natalia, who mysteriously vanished, adds to the unsettling vibe of the story.

The chilling poster shows Barbie standing alone in an elevator, but her reflection gives away a darker twist. GMA Pictures even teased viewers with the caption, “The worst nightmares happen wide awake.” Just reading that might make you want to sleep with the lights on!

Joining Barbie in the cast are Euwenn Mikaell, screen veteran Gina Pareño, and Jackie Lou Blanco. The film comes from director Derick Cabrido, who recently gave us Mallari at last year’s MMFF, and is penned by Enrico Santos from an idea by Anj Atienza and Xtian Julao.

Backing this spooky project are GMA Pictures, GMA Public Affairs, and Clever Minds Inc., with Warner Bros. Philippines handling its cinema run. Mark your calendars, horror lovers, P77 creeps into theaters starting July 30.
