Filipino Stars Raco Ruiz and Abi Marquez Win Big Again at Hashtag Asia Awards 2025

Filipino creators Raco Ruiz and Abi Marquez just proved they’re unstoppable! The two NYMA talents bagged back-to-back awards at this year’s prestigious Hashtag Asia Awards, held last June 13 at Sofitel City Centre in Singapore.

The Hashtag Asia Awards is one of the region’s biggest celebrations of digital talent, recognizing the most creative and influential names across Asia’s social media scene. With 42 categories, only the best of the best bring home the trophies, and this year, Raco and Abi did just that, again!

Raco, a fan favorite for his quirky humor and eye-popping art, won Gold for Best Campaign by a Macro Influencer thanks to his fun and clever HP Smart Tank project. Not to be outdone, Abi, better known online as the “Lumpia Queen”, clinched Bronze for Best Campaign by a Mega Influencer for her delicious collaboration with Star Margarine’s SUSTANSYARAP campaign.

This marks the second year in a row both creators have been recognized, proving they’re not just viral at home but also shining bright across Asia. NYMA, the talent agency behind these stars, is proud to represent more big names like actress Kristel Fulgar, singer Christian Bautista, beauty creator Adelina Eugenio, and storyteller Buji Babiera, all of whom got nods at this year’s awards too.
