OPMCON 2025 Is Bringing Filipino Music to the Big Stage

Music lovers, get ready, one of the most anticipated events in local entertainment is making a comeback. OPMCON 2025 is set to happen this July 5 at none other than the Philippine Arena, promising a star-studded celebration of Original Pilipino Music (OPM) that fans won’t want to miss.

This year’s lineup includes some of the biggest and most talked-about names in the local music scene. Among them are SB19, BINI, Flow G, Sunkissed Lola, Skusta Clee, G22, and KAIA, all artists who’ve been making waves not just with their music, but also with the way they represent Filipino talent on the global stage.

G22, known for their fierce presence and high-octane performances, continues to raise the bar in P-POP. Since they debuted in 2022, members AJ, Alfea, and Jaz have dropped multiple hits, and their recent track “Pa-Pa-Pa-Palaban” only adds to their growing momentum. They recently teamed up with Puregold for a music video called “Pagpili,” which hit over 3 million views in just two weeks. It’s a bold anthem about choosing courageously and being proud of it.

Skusta Clee and Flow G, two heavyweights in Filipino hip-hop, also joined forces for “Sari-Saring Kwento,” a May 8 release packed with punchy lyrics and hard-hitting beats. Their collab speaks to everyday stories of Filipinos, raw, real, and powerful.

KAIA, a girl group known for their fierce style and empowering music, is set to release a new music video, “Kaya Mo,” on June 12. The timing isn’t random, it’s a tribute to Filipina strength and independence, perfectly in line with Independence Day.

OPMCON is more than just a concert.
