Jake Ejercito speaks out after influencer films his daughter Ellie without permission
Jake Ejercito, the 35-year-old actor, recently called out an influencer for recording his 13-year-old daughter Ellie without her consent. The incident caught public attention after Jake shared several posts online expressing his frustration.
According to Jake, the influencer, Crist Briand, filmed Ellie even though she clearly did not want to be in the video, and worse, the content was posted online without permission. Jake stressed that chasing online fame should never come at the expense of someone’s privacy, especially when it involves a minor.
Jake urged his followers to report the video, which has since been taken down by Crist Briand. He also reminded fellow content creators that there should be clear boundaries when filming others, emphasizing that respecting privacy is more important than getting clicks or views.
Screenshots of the video started circulating on social media, showing Ellie trying to cover her face while the influencer recorded her. The original video reel is no longer available after Crist deleted it.
Jake mentioned he is now considering legal action against the influencer for this invasion of privacy. He urged the public to keep reporting the influencer’s page, calling Crist a reckless “clout chaser” who ambushed a young girl just to gain views.
This isn’t the first time Crist Briand has been in hot water. Earlier this year, in February 2025, he stirred controversy by posting a video showing disrespect toward a poster of Apollo Quiboloy, a controversial religious leader. After the backlash, Crist issued a public apology video.
Jake’s strong reaction highlights growing concerns about how some content creators push boundaries in pursuit of fame. Protecting the privacy of minors, especially in the age of social media, remains a critical issue many parents and public figures are advocating for.
