For the past few weeks, there’s been a lot of buzz online about Kobe Paras and Kyline Alcantara’s sudden breakup. Fans were left guessing what really happened — until Jackie Forster, Kobe’s mom, finally decided to speak up and clear the air.
In a video she posted on Instagram last April 27, Jackie firmly denied the rumors that Kobe cheated on Kyline. She seemed genuinely frustrated, saying the drama might have been avoided if Kyline’s camp hadn’t asked Kobe’s dad, Benjie Paras, to stay silent about the breakup.
Apparently, Jackie shared that there were certain contracts involved that prevented Kyline's side from immediately confirming that the relationship was over. This silence allowed people to create their own stories — many of which unfairly painted Kobe in a bad light.
