Alicia Mayer leading in "World's Sexiest Vegetarian" poll

Alicia Mayer is currently leading the PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) poll for World's Sexiest Vegetarian, an annual contest aimed at raising awareness for animal rights. The contest, hosted on PETA's website, features several famous personalities, including fellow Filipino celebrities Isabel Roces, Chin Chin Gutierrez, and Yasmien Kurdi, as well as international figures like Corey Wills.

The winner will join a distinguished list of past winners, such as Carrie Underwood, Chris Martin, Alicia Silverstone, Tobey Maguire, and Natalie Portman. Alicia Mayer, who previously played the role of Sussy in the sitcom Lagot Ka... Isusumbong Kita, decided to adopt a vegetarian lifestyle after watching videos of factory farms on PETA's website. She is also known for having a strong affinity for animals.

PETA's Asia Pacific Director, Jason Baker, emphasized that being a vegetarian not only helps animals but can also enhance one's beauty, inside and out.
