The FHM Online Babe shoot is one of the few events the FHM web staff eagerly looks forward to every month — bringing free pizza, a great excuse to leave the office, and most importantly, an entire day spent with a lovely lady. We admit, though, that a bit of anxiety builds up as we wait for our Online Babe to arrive on set, especially since we often have no idea what she actually looks like (and yes, we fear she might not live up to her portfolio or set card).
Fortunately, that wasn't the case with this month’s Online Babe. If Kathleen Hermosa looks familiar, it’s not déjà vu — she first graced our pages back in April. The moment she walked into the studio for her shoot, we immediately remembered why we wanted her back.
Kathleen was a delight during her first FHM pictorial, earning plenty of "ooohs" and "aaahs." Her interview felt like a confession — she made it clear that she’s no longer the pa-tweetums actress she once was, but a full-fledged woman. Now a certified FHM veteran, Kathleen returns with even more flawless skin and a curvier figure, making it hard to believe how much she has, well, grown.

Who wouldn’t? It’s always an honor to be part of the hottest male magazine!
How would you compare your first FHM shoot to this one that you did for FHM.com.ph?
I guess I’m more comfortable and confident about myself now. Before, I was really concerned on how people would react but now, honestly, it doesn’t bother me at all as long as I love what I’m doing and I’m not hurting anyone. I’m on the right track.
You're first shoot was scorching hot! We hope your family didn't sizzle in anger because of us!
Since I belong to a Christian family, I understand them pretty well if they’re not quite supportive of it but on the other hand, they support me with all my endeavors.
How about your boyfriend? Did he bought all our April 2006 Issue in the newsstands?
My first FHM was a turning point in my life. I lost a man whom I loved most but I’m over it now and I have realized that God has better plans for me.
Ouch! We hope your new special someone would break your heart just because of this shoot!
Actually, I’m not seeing anyone exclusively and I have decided to prioritize what I’ve taken for granted, my family, my friends and especially my career. And since I have figured that I’m not lucky in love, I’m diverting all my efforts to doing business. Mid of this year, I formed a corporation called Magic Wand Enterprises which offers everything and anything there is that you could possibly need. From food, animal food, to air-conditioning services. Name it, we have it.
Here’s a showbiz question for you! After all the heartaches, are you ready to fall in love again?
Why not? Ha ha ha!
So, what must be in the application form of the guys who want to be your special someone?
Someone whose core value system is intact, who knows exactly what he wants, full of passion, and especially, God-fearing. Honestly, it all starts with a conversation, I love good conversations. Well I guess any woman wouldn’t want to be swept off her feet. I really don’t expect much as long as I can see that he goes out of his way and his sincerity is there that will blow me away.
Hmmm…what does the guy get in return?
As a girlfriend, well, I treat my boyfriend like a king.
Our three previous online babes were all net addicts. Can we classify you as such?
Yes, I love surfing the net. I have a multiply account where I post my pics! I also use it for my business so people can see our products when they visit the site (http://kathermosa.multiply.com/ )
Aside from your business, any plans to use the net to meet new friends or try online dating?
I would usually say no but I guess, never say never.
While doing online research about you, we found tons of stuff. Found anything weird that freaked you out?
There’s this incident where I found a Friendster account that’s named after me with all my private photos. It made my friends feel very horrified.

Well, they can catch me in my upcoming movie “Wag Kang Lilingon” under Star Cinema and Viva Films, which will be out on November 15. I also just finished shooting an inter-island race that will be shown on Studio 23 on November 25, 11:30AM to 1:30PM. It’s similar to The Amazing Race. We traveled from Batangas, Puerto Galera, Roxas City up to Caticlan doing challenges. My team lost but the whole thing was a great experience for myself.
You’ve been 13 years in showbiz, any plans to leave the industry soon and be a full-time entrepreneur?
Acting has always been my passion, I’ll stay as long as I still get warm reception from the people who love me, just like you guys from FHM! Ha ha ha!
